Day 5

This was a short day, as I had grown sick of VRChat. I felt like I had seen everything, or that everything worth seeing had already been captured.

I'm worried that I had gone as deep as this project could go, and what I would make of this stagnation. Could I really come up with some kind of conclusion if I can't find a statement to make from all of this?

First thing I saw when visiting The Black Cat was a guy doing a live performance to a crowd of people. I know I've captured this before but moments like these are truly once in a lifetime. They happen often, yet each time they're special.

Second world I visited was Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria. This kid was roleplaying as The Mercenary from the Team Fortress 2 mod Open Fortress. He was having a blast opening and closing the doors.

While he does not sound like the gruff gun-for-hire type, he made up for it with commitment. He may be a sharp shooter, but he's not sharp enough to check the door behind him.

This world was unique, as it was specifically an aerial combat simulation world, complete with functioning planes and fighter jets.

A large open sky is one thing, but to have a massive world to fly over is absurd. On the ground you feel tiny. Very, very tiny.

These pictures do not do justice in portraying how large this world was, nor how large these structures were. It was easily the biggest world I had visited so far.

You can go very high in this world, and yet even from this altitude I still couldn't capture the full world space.

I wonder what it would be like to actually walk across this place. How long would it take? Would there be anything of note to come across on the ground? This place is meant to be flown over yet I feel more intrigued to explore it.

I decided to head back to the Dandy's World Lobby. I found some more graffiti. I'm not sure if I mentioned it before but this world in particular consistently has the most competently made graffiti I've seen so far.

I ended this short day by collecting some items for Gigi over there. I don't know why I did it, I just saw someone else doing it and I figured I'd join in. There's many small yet fun things to do in the digital space, but I'm worried that I'm starting to lose appreciation for it.
